Cyber security resilience - is embedded in our software lifecycle and delivery methods - on-demand 3rd party security audits give you full insight in the security setup and processes. Our onboard security officer (CISO) guards these processes on a continuous basis, in line with requirements set out in the InvestSuite IT policy documentation.
Data protection - Our products are GDPR-compliant. We don’t store any personal data.
Audit and monitor - Regulators can exercise their audit function. Customers have access to top proactive monitoring tools and to multi-client notification services, e.g. notifications via Slack or SMS.
Dedicated or multi-tenant infrastructure setup - Get more control over your environment by using a dedicated implementation, isolated from other InvestSuite customers so that you gain increased control and isolation required by the regulator.
SLAs and business continuity - You can choose to subscribe to our standard SLA for uptime and resolution times, or demand higher service levels. The InvestSuite IT policy describes the standard service levels including recovery and backup, and continuity plans.

Open source machine learning and data engineering packages - InvestSuite uses Python for machine learning and other data crunching algorithms. Our choice for Python is based on the fact that Python has a bag of mature scientific packages such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy and Scikit-learn and that Python is fast (thank you Anaconda).
Frequent releases and test-driven development - Testable code is continuously delivered using best of breed tools such as Gitlab and Gitlab CI. In doing so you have fast access to the latest improvements, and at the same time enjoy optimal application security and robustness.
